Tuition Workshop - Woodland Creatures in Colour

If you like the texture and blendability of Artists colour pencils but prefer a crisper more precise drawing style a Studio pencil is for you. Studio shares the same colour strip as Artists but it is slimmer and the woodcase is hexagonally shaped rather than round. The result? A colour pencil that is easy to grip and particularly suited to detailed illustration work such as botanical studies architectural drawing and graphic design. All tend to be studio-based – hence the name.Joanne will also be combining Coloured Drawing and Studio Pencils in this Workshop. Drawing Pencils have an extra wide creamy textured strip which produces a beautifully soft velvety finish. It is the perfect medium for wildlife and nature studies natural portraiture and dreamy evocative landscapes. Joanne is a self taught artist specialising in highly detailed Pencil work.
